- 90-minute introductory talk and meditation session on Friday, May 6th at 7pm (Pacific time)
- 90-minute Guided Group Meditation on Saturday, May 7th at 10am (Pacific time)
- 90-minute Guided Group Meditation on Saturday, May 8th at 10am (Pacific time)
The purpose of the course is to help participants realize the deepest Peace of their nature, and learn how to process challenging and emotional life situations, so those experiences can take us deeper into that Peace and realization, and happiness becomes our default state.
